Rob Moore - ChairMr. Moore is a managing consultant and open source expert for a leading global provider of consulting services, currently supporting the Army OSINT Office (AOO). Brigadier General Moore retired from the Army after 38 years of service, having served at every level of DoD with expertise in strategy development, planning, policy writing and development, planning, programming and budget execution. |

Corrine GeigerMrs. Geiger is the senior policy advisor for OSINT in the HQ Department of the Army, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2. She has over 21 years of experience with the DoD, and over 14 with the IC. She served as an Army 1SG, cleared defense contractor, and government civilian. Mrs. Geiger's current role includes policy, strategy, programming, and resourcing. |

Jessica StutzmanMs. Stutzman works for a defense contractor as an OSINT Capabilities Manager within the DoD. She is an Army veteran with 12+ years of experience in various parts of the Intelligence Community, a doctoral student at American Military University, and the Chair of the IACIS Open Source Intelligence Program. |
