2025 Scholarship Applications Now Open
The OSINT Foundation announces the 2025 scholarship program which includes two $3,000 undergraduate scholarships, and an increase to the graduate scholarship to $4,000. Students attending a U.S. regionally accredited college or university who are interested in a career in national security may apply. Since 2023 the Foundation has given $14,000 in scholarships to current and aspiring OSINT professionals.

Who Should Apply?
The OSINT Foundation scholarships enable our mission to support the national security of the United States of America. As such the scholarship is open to U.S. Citizens who are currently supporting U.S. national security as government civilians, military or contractors; or U.S. Citizens studying in a regionally accredited college or university who are interested in pursuing a career in OSINT.
When Should I Apply?
Now! Applications end on April 15th or when 100 applications are received. Applying sooner is the safer option.
Is Membership In The OSINT Foundation Required?
No. That said, undergraduate students who are active and established members of OSINT Foundation receive additional points in our scholarship application rubric. For the graduate scholarship, first priority is given to current OSINT Foundation members who are OSINT practitioners supporting national security, with non-members currently supporting U.S. national security second, and graduate students aspiring to a career in OSINT third.
Should I Use Artificial Intelligence To Write My Essays?
No. The essays are designed to provide the scholarship evaluation team insight into your understanding of the OSINT discipline and your interests. Use of AI in your essays will result in immediate disqualification of your application. As OSINTers we deal with AI generated content and are well versed in identifying it.
Why Does The Scholarship Application Say NWFCU Foundation?
We utilize the Northwest Federal Credit Union Foundation's scholarship application portal. NWFCU is the official credit union of the OSINT Foundation and our members are eligible to join NWFCU.
