Lawrence Burgess Joins Advisory Board

The OSINT Foundation is pleased to announce that Lawrence Burgess joined the Advisory Board on January 1, 2025. Mr. Burgess is a retired intelligence senior executive and Vietnam Veteran. He served as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, with senior assignments at Central Intelligence Agency, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO); as well as inaugural Director of the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity.
