Neil Stern of the Directorate of Intelligence, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) received the inaugural IC OSINT Catalyst of the Year award, which recognizes OSINT professionals other than collectors or analysts who enable practitioners, demonstrate exceptional service to the Nation, and materially contribute to the discipline. The award was presented by OSINT Foundation Tradecraft Committee Chair Colin Collins, with Assistant Director Tonya Ugoretz joining the presentation. In attendance were a number Mr. Stern’s colleagues from the FBI OSINT Unit.
