INR releases its open-source intelligence strategy

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) has released its open-source intelligence strategy. It is particularly valuable as the document is UNCLASSIFIED and available to the general public. We would like to echo the IC OSINT Executive Jason Barrett's comments regarding Assistant Secretary Brett Holmgren's leadership and transparency on OSINT.
