Congratulations to the United States Marine Corps Intelligence Activity OSINT Branch which is the 2023 Dr. Graham Turbiville IC OSINT Unit of the Year Award recipient. The MICA OSINT Branch is recognized for its contributions to the Marine Corps Enterprise Coordination Center and the Director of Intelligence in facilitating more rapid OSINT collection to maximize reporting on emerging events at the lowest classification possible, benefiting tactical operations and decision making for commanders and foreign partners. The branch collectively worked to create policy, doctrine, training, and templates for a new OSINT product line - evidence of the maturation and professionalization of the discipline, and directly contributing to the mission of the Marine Corps. The Branch was also cited for its work in expanding OSINT training and dissemination processes, ensuring MCIA OSINT products are discoverable throughout the Intelligence Community and Fleet Marine Forces. Receiving the award on behalf of the OSINT Branch is Harrison Reyna, accompanied by Colonel Bradley Bean, the MCIA Commander and Captain Tom Wilcox. The award was presented by the Chair of our Resourcing and Policy Committee, Brigadier General (ret.) Rob Moore.
